Core Contact Hours

We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm except when the University campus is closed during the Christmas to New Year period. Booksellers have worked from home during lockdowns, monitoring emails and processing online orders for our customers. 

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available for online purchases to be collected from the Campus Bookshop from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Click & Collect is also available from: Rowan Williams Reception at the Medway Campus (deliveries to Medway are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday); from the Library Point on the ground floor at Augustine House in Canterbury; and from the Salomons Institute Reception point in Tunbridge Wells. Deliveries to Salomons are every Tuesday and Thursday. 

Our library colleagues will email to confirm when your click & collect order is ready for pick-up. Please be aware that the Library Point in Augustine House and the Salomons Institute are not open 24/7 for the collection of your order. 

Please allow 48 hours from placing your order to ensure graduation gifts are delivered in time for collection from non-bookshop locations on graduation day.

Orders 

1. We currently list 20,000+ books on our website. These titles, when in stock, are usually despatched the same day.
2. We can order from a range of over 400,000 titles ready for despatch typically within 48 hours (the bookshop is closed Saturday and Sunday)
3. We can order any title currently in print. If you cannot see the book you want to order on our website – please email the bookshop

UK deliveries are FREE* for orders despatched over £15
Orders of £15 or less in value are charged at £2.99

*with the exception of book bundles which are ready for collection at the Bookshop
