Creative Folkestone Book Festival 2022

We're very proud to provide the festival bookshop for The Shape of Things to Come, Creative Folkestone's forward-looking Book Festival. Returning to its rightful place in our cultural calendar, the festival ran from Friday 18 November to the following Sunday 27 November 2022 with a packed programme of talks, panel discussions, live music and more this autumn.  

Folkestone Book Festival returned with open arms and a welcoming space for ideas, conversation, debate, and a general celebration of the written word. Guest speakers covered an incredible range of topics from Politics to Proust, banned books to brain surgery, rest to revolution, and everything in between.  

Writers, authors, and thinkers appearing at the festival included:
