Sky is Not the Limit: One Woman's Inspiring and Humorous account of coming to terms with sudden disability

Whilst training for a triathlon, the fervent athlete crashed her bike into a sign post, breaking her back, collar bone and ribs, leaving her paralysed from the waist down and unable to ever walk again.She broke the news to her friends and family through a Facebook post, posting an image of herself wearing a neck brace and smiling just a few hours after the accident.
