The Law Student's Dictionary is an invaluable reference work for all law students. The terms have been chosen with the specific needs of the undergraduate student in mind, providing a full insight into legal terminology and ensuring students are familiar with terms they will encounter during their studies. The dictionary includes substantial entries on core student topics which outline the conceptual importance of key areas, to give students an idea of how these terms have been shaped by, and in turn shape, how lawyers think.
