About the author:
Andy has had an extensive career as a writer and a parallel career as a schoolteacher, further and adult education lecturer, university teacher trainer and
Ofsted inspector. He is the author/co-author of two handbooks for vocational
learners and ten education texts supporting the training of teachers, lecturers, mentors and coaches. He lives with wife Alison in a village in Kent with a hop field
around the corner.
